LARGE PARTY POLICY
To book a large party, a signed contract agreeing to the food and beverage minimum, a valid credit card, and a room fee are required. The room fee is $250 (non- refundable) and is due at the time of booking.
PRIVATE DINING MINIMUMS
Food and Beverage Amount: $2,000.00
RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATIONS
A final headcount is due 48 hours before the event. If the required food & beverage minimums are not met on the day of the event, the remaining balance will be charged to the credit card on file.
In the event of a cancellation less than 7 days before the event, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file.
TABLE & ROOM SETUP
We will prepare and set up for the guaranteed head count received 48 hours before the reservation. Decorations are allowed with the exception of confetti, noise makers, open flames, and anything adhered to the walls; violations will be subject to a cleaning or restoration fee. Seating for large parties is booked in 3 hour increments.
MENU OPTIONS
A prix fixe menu is required for groups of 7+. Menu selections (from the current 111 Madison Menu) are required 1 week prior to the event
TAX & OTHER CHARGES
Sales tax is 9.75%. We charge a 20% gratuity for private dining experiences. Any additional tips given to the servers and bartenders for your experience
are entirely at your discretion. We charge a $2.50/person cake fee and a $25/750mL bottle or $40/magnum corkage fee for any outside dessert and wine brought in. We can accommodate separate tabs for guests
